Four CPS Students Ranked Among Highest PSAT Scores - National Hispanic Scholars

kr
Four (4) CPS students have been honored by the National Hispanic Recognition Program (NHRP), among the highest-scoring students who take the PSAT/NMSQT administered by the College Board.

                Elisa Benítez
                José Mercado
                Daniel Rodríguez
                Estefanía Trinidad

Students must also achieve a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher by the end of junior year to qualify.

This year, about 5,000 from over 250,000 Hispanic/Latino students from the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Mariana Islands and the Marshall Islands, and citizens attending schools abroad, were named.

This accomplishment is very attractive to subscribing colleges and universities and often accompanied by merit awards.

CPS congratulates Elisa, José, Estefanía and Danny for this important academic achievement. We are certain many accolades will follow.

                                                                                                                                                                                            Go Comets!
