For nearly 75 years, Commonwealth-Parkville School has been a place where students are encouraged to learn, grow, discover their strengths, and find their own way to shine. As a college preparatory school, CPS is guided by a mission that has remained at the heart of who we are: to provide students with an engaging academic program within a caring, collaborative environment that develops leadership skills, creativity, and character.

At CPS, we believe that a great education goes beyond academics. Our students are challenged to think creatively, explore their interests, build confidence, develop strong character, and become thoughtful members of their communities. Just as importantly, we want our students to feel known, supported, and happy to be part of their school.

Our community extends across two campuses in the metropolitan area. Parkville Campus, located in Guaynabo, is home to students in grades PPK–6, while our Commonwealth Campus, located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Hato Rey, serves students in grades 7–12. Together, our two campuses provide an environment where students can grow academically and socially alongside their peers while remaining part of one CPS community.
