David San Miguel -Tasch, Class of 2016, Advances to Semifinalist of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program

CPS is pleased to inform that David San Miguel -Tasch, Class of 2016, has advanced to the next round as semifinalist of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program representing the Nation's most distinguished graduating high school seniors. He is one out of 6 semi-finalists chosen from an original 56 candidates from Puerto Rico, who are among 3,900 candidates out of a possible 3.4 million graduating seniors nation-wide. Congratulations David for this great honor!

The U.S. Department of Education will announce the Scholars in May: one young man and one young woman from each state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. students living abroad.http://www2.ed.gov/programs/psp/index.html
